Returns & Exchanges

At TA Appliances, we strive to ensure your home projects are successful, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused appliances in their original packaging. Please note that installed units or special-order items may be subject to a restocking fee or restricted return eligibility.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Merchandize

  Ensure the appliance is clean, unused, and securely packed in its original manufacturer's box including all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Arrange for a professional courier pickup for large appliances or bring smaller items directly to one of our showroom locations with your RA paperwork.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the unit for damage and completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
